Ingredients Garlic Butter Steak Bites
1–1¼ lbs beef cubes
3 tbsp butter
4–6 cloves garlic, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, optional
Pasta or rice, for serving (optional)
How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Season the Beef
For Garlic Butter Steak Bites pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
Season all sides generously with kosher salt and black pepper.
Sear the Steak
Heat a large skillet over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is sizzling, add the beef cubes in a single layer. Leave space between the pieces so they can sear properly. Cook without moving the beef for approximately 3 minutes. Flip the pieces and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until they are well browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer the beef to a dish and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter
Reduce the heat to medium-low.Add the remaining butter and chopped garlic to the skillet.
Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is cooked but not browned. As it cooks, scrape up the flavorful browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Combine and Serve
Remove the skillet from the heat. Return the cooked beef to the pan and toss well so every piece is evenly coated in the garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or your favorite side dish.
