Ingredients Grilled Pork Chops
4 bone-in pork chops
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp black pepper How to Make Grilled Pork Chops
Make the Marinade
For Grilled Pork Chops add the olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper to a bowl. Whisk everything together until well combined.
Marinate the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag or baking dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure they're evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
Grill the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops on the hot grill and sear for approximately 2 minutes per side.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue grilling for another 4–7 minutes per side, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving. Resting allows the juices to redistribute, helping keep the pork chops tender and juicy. Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables, potatoes, salad, or another favorite side dish.
Easy Grilling Tips
For the best flavor, allow the pork chops to marinate for at least an hour. You can marinate them for up to 8 hours for even more flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature and avoid overcooking the pork. Once the pork reaches 145°F, remove it from the grill and let it rest before serving.
