• 2 lbs chicken breast

• 1 bottle Soy Vey Teriyaki marinade

• 2 green bell peppers

• 1 red onion

• 1 pineapple

How to Make Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Prepare and Marinate the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into approximately 1–2-inch pieces.

Place the chicken pieces into a bowl and add the teriyaki marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before grilling.

Prepare the Vegetables and Pineapple

After the chicken has marinated, cut the pineapple, green bell peppers, and red onion into pieces that are approximately the same size.This will make it easier to assemble the skewers and help everything cook evenly.
